MyoYin from Top to Toe

Learn to Release Tension, Move Freely & Care for Your Body

This special 6-week MyoYin series has been carefully designed to help you restore your body from head to toe using a combination of myofascial release, Yin Yoga and mindful movement.

Throughout the course you’ll learn practical self-care techniques that you can continue using at home to reduce pain, improve mobility and keep your body feeling balanced.

Modern life places enormous stress on our bodies. Whether you spend long hours sitting at a desk, work in a physically demanding job, ride horses, exercise regularly, or simply juggle the demands of family life, tension gradually builds throughout your muscles and connective tissue.

MyoYin provides simple yet incredibly effective techniques that help release this accumulated tension before it becomes chronic.

The beautiful combination of myofascial release using therapy balls and long-held Yin Yoga stretches doesn’t just improve flexibility, it supports your entire nervous system, helping you feel calmer, lighter and more relaxed.

Many students describe finishing class feeling as though they’ve just had a massage.

What is Myofascial Release?

Myofascial Release uses specially placed massage balls to gently work into muscles and the body’s connective tissue (fascia).

These techniques help:

• Release muscle tension and trigger points

• Improve circulation and tissue hydration

• Reduce stiffness and pain

• Restore healthy movement

• Improve posture and body awareness

By gently working into the fascia, the body becomes freer to move with greater ease and less discomfort.

What is Yin Yoga?

Yin Yoga is a slow, meditative style of yoga where poses are held for longer periods to gently target the deeper connective tissues of the body.

As the body softens, the nervous system begins to settle, allowing the breath to deepen and the mind to become calm.

Yin Yoga encourages:

• Deep relaxation

• Improved flexibility

• Joint health

• Better mobility

• Reduced stress

• Greater body awareness

Why combine Myofascial Release with Yin Yoga?

Together they complement one another beautifully.

The ball rolling techniques prepare the muscles and fascia by releasing areas of restriction, allowing the Yin poses to work much more effectively.

The result is a body that feels:

• More mobile

• Less stiff

• Better aligned

• More balanced

• More relaxed

This combination is one of the most effective forms of self-care you can practise.

What you’ll learn

Over six weeks you’ll learn how to safely treat many of the body’s common areas of tension using simple, inexpensive props that you can continue using for years to come.

• Increased mobility and flexibility
