Each class is 75 minutes.
Your Yoga Instructor, Theresa is a qualified yoga teacher and has experience with yoga beginners.
In this course you will learn the foundations of Yoga by exploring its various aspects: Postures (Asanas), Breathing (Pranayama), Yogic Sleep (Yoga Nidra), and Meditation.
You will also learn what Yoga means, what its purpose is, and what benefits it offers to people of all walks of life.
This course is suitable for all ages and levels. No previous experience is required. You are not expected to have a strong or flexible body. If you have practised yoga in the past and wish to refresh your knowledge and practice, this is the perfect way to resume.
The course will also equip you to advance your Yoga journey and then can attend any of the other classes we offer.
All yoga equipment is provided, however you may wish to bring your own mat and other props.
Bring a water bottle, suitable clothing and your curiosity.
