This 4 part series will increase mobility, flexibility and awareness in horse riders bodies.
Each class is 1.5 hours comprising Stretch - flow yoga,
Roll - myofasical release
Release - deeper fascia stretches and breath work:
Each week we cover a different area of the body.
Week 1 Legs
Week 2 Hips
Week 3 Back and shoulders
Week 4 Core stabilization & Neck
