Purchase Pass

Terms & Conditions of the 20 Class Pass

• Pass is available immediately upon purchase.
• Pass becomes active from the first day it is used.
• Valid for all classes the timetable, but not classes marked special event or special ticketed class.
• There are no suspensions or extensions on this pass.
• Pass expires 6 months from the first day it is used.
• If the pass is purchased but never used or activated, it expires 12 months from the date of purchase.
• No-show: If a student does not attend a reserved class, one class is deducted from the pass.
• Late cancellation: If a student does not cancel at least 2 hours, before the start of the class, one class is deducted from the pass.
• Pass is non-transferable.
• No refunds or exchanges for failure to use.
• No refund on the pass once activated.
• Passes are valid for one individual only or can be requested for immediate family (eg. husband, wife, daughter, son).
