Terms & Conditions of the 5 Class Pass

• Pass is available immediately upon purchase.
• Pass becomes active from first day it is used.
• Valid for classes our regular timetabled classes - 60 & 75 mins in length time. 
• Not valid for special ticketed events 
• There are no suspensions or extensions on this pass, unless medical certificate is provided.
• Pass expires 3 months from the first day it is used and activated.
• When purchased but pass has never been used or activated this pass expires 12 months after date of purchase.
• One class is deducted from the pass each time it is used.
• No-show, if student does not attend reserved class, one class is deducted from the passes.
• Late cancellation, if student does not cancel 2 hours before start of the class, one class is deducted from passes
• Pass is non-transferable
• Passes are valid for one individual only or can be requested for immediate family (eg. husband, wife, daughter, son).
• Not valid for ticketed events or special guest classes. 
• No refunds or exchanges for failure to use
