Hatha Yoga is a slower paced practice designed to help you build strength, mobility, and awareness in the body while calming the mind. In this 60-minute class we move through foundational yoga postures with a focus on steady breath, alignment, and mindful movement.

Each class includes gentle warm-ups, standing and floor-based poses, and time to pause and feel the effects of each posture. The pace allows you to move with awareness, making it ideal for beginners, those returning to yoga, or anyone wanting to reduce stiffness and improve mobility.

This practice supports you to reconnect with your body, release tension from areas like the hips, back, and shoulders, and build strength in a safe and supportive way.
