kids yoga includes learning about the asanas (the physical poses of yoga )in an age-appropriate, fun way as well as teaching mindfulness and meditation.
Kids can improve their strength and flexibility while also learning to relax and calm themselves (self-regulation).
This builds their emotional resilience and gives them skills for life.
