We move with intention, guided by breath, exploring both challenge and ease as we create space within the body and clarity within the mind.
Each practice is an invitation to ground, strengthen, and release. At the beginning of the class, we start with a breath work ritual to centre the mind, activate the energy, and prepare the body for movement. And at the end, we close with a gentle méditation to soften the heart, calm the nervous system, and integrate all the benefits of your practice.
