This Yinyasa yoga class is a soft fusion of Yin yoga and Vinyasa : a dance between stillness and movement, between deep surrender and gentle strength.We begin with a breath work ritual, inviting you to land fully into your body.
From here, we transition into our Vinyasa inspired flow with mindful movements that warm the body, lubricate the joints, and build subtle strength. This portion is fluid, intuitive, and playful, allowing you to explore your range of expression while staying deeply connected to your breath. And we finally balance during all the class with some Yin movement where we surrender into longer, passive stretches. These shapes target the deep connective tissues, the fascia, and the emotional layers stored in the body. Here you are invited to slow down, drop inward, and release whatever is ready to be let go.
We close the class with a gentle guided meditation, returning to stillness, grounding into the earth, and soaking in all the medicine you’ve created within yourself.
