• Grounding Walk & Tree Meditation (30 mins)

Wander gently through nature and pause for a powerful tree meditation to anchor your mind and body.

• Yoga for Body Awareness & Release (60 mins)

Flow through gentle postures that stretch and soothe, focused on releasing tension and inviting space. Suitable for all levels.

• Deep Rest with Yoga Nidra (20 mins)

Sink into guided relaxation and reconnect with your inner stillness.

• Nourish & Connect (final 30 mins)

Enjoy wholesome snacks and herbal tea in community—because self-care includes soul care too.
