This year we are bringing a new special class for you – Chair Yoga!

At Studio Om - Yoga on the Farm
Please arrive 10 minutes early to settle in.
What is Chair Yoga?
Chair Yoga takes the poses from mat yoga and adapts themto utilise the chair.
Using a chair provides new and unique opportunities to experience physical movement and stretches of the body.
Practising yoga in a chair gives you the necessary support to feel save and relax the mind deeply.
Who is this Chair Yoga session suitable for?
This 60 minutes’ Chair Yoga session is suitable for everyone.
It is accessible to beginners who have no experience with chair yoga or mat yoga, but also for those who have practised different styles of yoga and wish to nourish the body and mind in a different way.
The class is gentle and also suitable for people with limited mobility, those who sit for long periods of time, and those recovering from minor injuries.
How to book?
Join Gabi, our Chair Yoga teacher who will guide you through your experience in Chair Yoga!
Bookings are essential. Limited places available - maximum of 12 students – book your place via PunchPass as soon as possible to avoid disappointment!
What will you get?
One-hour chair yoga session which will aim to improve body flexibility, body balance, body strength, and mental healththrough focus, breathing techniques, and deep relaxation.
What to bring?
Wear comfortable clothing and bring a bottle of water.
No need to bring a chair (unless you have a specific chair need) - all yoga chairs provided.
