Sylvana and Adlan come back together for an evening of Yin yoga and Live sound healing meditation.

In our 1.5-hour yoga class, we blend the soothing practice of Yin Yoga with the transformative power of sound healing for a deeply restorative experience. 

Yin Yoga focuses on long-held, passive poses that target the connective tissues, promoting flexibility and a sense of calm. During these poses, sound healing techniques are incorporated, using vibrations from instruments to enhance relaxation and balance your body's energy. 

This combination allows for a profound release of tension, helping to align your mind, body, and spirit, leaving you feeling rejuvenated and centered.

Sylvana Miller, Myofasical therapist of 23 years and Senior level 3 registered yoga teacher will guide you through a journey of yin yoga asanas to stretch your body and mind.

Adlan has played various instruments acoustically over the years infusing live sounds during Yin Yoga, meditation sessions, concerts and tours. Living in Denmark, his inate appreciation of native sounds is played intuitively and with Heart.
