Myofasical release & yin yoga - deep slow stretching class.
Self care, self massage & yoga to roll out any area of musculoskeletal pain, working into all major muscle groups.
You can use inexpensive props to increase mobility (flexibility and strength), work into areas of discomfort and feel fantastic.
You’ll also become more aware of postural habits that are contributing to the build-up of tension in your body, and move more mindfully.
Suitable for all ages and abilities.
