Do you know what your Ayurvedic dosha is? 

Come along to this fantastic workshop for an introduction to the wonderful science of Ayurveda and to find out what YOUR OWN UNIQUE Ayurvedic mind/body type (dosha) is!   


Learning about your unique dosha will give you amazing insights into your own body/mind constitution and physiology, your digestion, metabolism and body structure,  right down to your unique personality traits, your inherent strengths and challenges, both physically, mentally and emotionally. 


You will learn: 

⭐️What your unique body type is from a physical, mental and emotional perspective (also helps you to understand those around you and relationships with them. Useful in family,  friends and business relationships!).


⭐️Gain great insights into what makes you you tick, but also why you may experience specific challenges, and what you can do about addressing them. 


⭐️What foods and lifestyle practices will be most beneficial for YOU, to maintain your health throughout the seasons and different stages of life. 


⭐️Simple everyday recommendations and home remedies to incorporate for consistently better digestion, improved energy, mental clarity and emotional wellbeing. 


Honestly, once you have this knowledge you will never go back!

The science of Ayurveda provides us with a simple, common sense, approach for optimising your health and well-being.

Rough Timetable and inclusions:


9.30am Welcome and introductions  

9.45am Energising yoga session and meditation with Sylvana (no yoga experience necessary !)

10.30am Morning tea -Ayurvedic teas and nutritious snacks 

10.45 Talk 1: Introduction to Ayurveda and the doshas 

11.45 yin yoga session with sylvana 

12.30pm Talk 2 :Diving deeper into the individual doshas and best food and lifestyle practices for you to incorporate unique to YOU  

1:15pm Yoga Nidra/meditation 

1.30pm A delicious and nutritious authentic Ayurvedic lunch to enjoy together ( GF, DF, vegan. Please advise of any other dietary requirements).

Sylvana Miller is a Qualified Yoga Instructor and Bowen therapist with over 19 years experience in healing, self care and yoga.


 Angela Harrison is a qualified Naturopath, Acupuncturist and Ayurvedic Practitioner with over 15 years clinical experience. She loves to share her knowledge and experience and is especially passionate about Ayurveda and Ayurvedic lifestyle practices .
